Architecture and boundaries

Agree what the system must do, where it connects and how it will be accepted.

  • Document architecture decisions, interfaces and acceptance criteria.

Hands-on implementation

Build and review working increments in your environment. Components follow the chosen service scope rather than a fixed vendor stack.

  • Deliver code, configuration and tests for each agreed increment.

Deployment and handover

Exercise the release process and operating procedures with your engineers.

  • Provide deployment instructions, validation evidence and a runbook.
